Mindful Change Coach

Mindful coaches start with self-discovery. They are willing to first identify their own strengths and blind spots in order to powerfully support clients seeking better health, wellness, and meaningful change.

Mindful coaches do not impose their ideas and agendas on their clients. Instead, they apply the guiding mindful change coaching techniques – based on our foundational beliefs – to allow their clients the freedom to discover pathways to their hearts’ desires.

Success in anything you do starts with an optimized brain. Dr. Amen created an accredited brain health coaching certification that teaches the techniques and methodologies for coaching brain health to those you serve. Certified Brain Health Coaches receive in-depth training on a multitude of conditions ranging from ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, memory issues, mood disorders, brain trauma, sleep disorders, weight issues, and so much more.

EXOS Performance Specialist

24 hours of content and emphasizes the integration of our four pillars of Mindset, Nutrition, Movement, and Recovery.

Curriculum:

Certified Personal Trainer

Laughter Yoga

Laughter Yoga is not a comedy. It is an exercise program for Health and Wellbeing. The yoga part of Laughter is the combination of Laughter Exercises with yoga breathing techniques ( Pranayama ). There are more than 20,000 free social Laughter clubs in 110 countries. Besides, Laughter Yoga also being practiced in Senior centers, age care facilities, schools, and colleges, companies, corporations, factories, physically and mentally challenged, police, and prisons.

Laughter Yoga is both preventive and therapeutic. It is like an aerobic exercise and the best cardio workout. It is like a breathing exercise for those suffering from bronchitis and asthma. Laughter Yoga releases endorphins which are natural pain killers, that can help those suffering from arthritis, spondylitis, chronic migraine headaches, chronic pains, fibromyalgia, autoimmune, and chronic inflammatory diseases.
