It's hard to hold onto hope when you've struggled to follow through with action in the past, but your next attempt doesn't have to be the same. It can be completely different. It can be FUN, low stress and the best part.... you'll maintain the health habit shifts you've created forever!

I can say with certainty that the changes my clients make during their time with me stays with them for the rest of their life.
You may be surprised to hear that it is NOT because of me or my L-O-V-E Method. It's because of my clients and the process they go through to become more self-aware, mindful and connect with their values and purpose during our time together that leaves them feeling peace and contentment with their health and life choices.
I serve as a non-judgmental and accepting guide to help discover new possibilities and reflect your true self back to you. The self that is so easy to forget when your thoughts are consumed with gremlins telling you fearful lies that you can’t be happy until you’ve changed your body.
You are strong, resilient, and whole. You are not broken, and you are already worthy and enough!
My Head to Heart one-month coaching intensive is the begging of a journey of self-discovery that brings every health choice out of your head and into your heart so that you can feel confident making health choices that feel 100% right for you.
In our month together I teach you my L-O-V-E method which serves as a reminder and calming guide when you reach roadblock or challenge in your life. There is one specific mindful exercise in week 3 that 100% of my clients have agreed has been a complete game changer in their pursuit of better health.
