I help you reach your health and wellness goals in peace. We work together to creatively find solutions to mindfully build new habits that promote health and wellness and improve your body image using my signature L-O-V-E Method.
I started my coaching practice after a decade of working in fitness. At first it was a rebellion against the harm I'd seen and heard from my clients from the diet cycle and programs that lead participants to believe that they are not enough unless they obsessively chase the "thin ideal." But, my coaching quickly became so much more than that!
As I pursued more education and grew a as a coach, my self-awareness and understanding of strategies to overcome obstacles and of how to help others move through their toughest challenges also grew. I learned to let go of numbers and chasing performance goals and gained new perspective about what the word “healthy” meant to me personally.
Now, I help my clients find relief from the pressure of a health and size obsessed culture so that they don't just know they are enough, they feel it too. That's why I started my Facebook community Worthy & Enough and my one month coaching intensive program From Head to Heart.

What is a Board Certified Coach?
In partnership with the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME), the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching developed a National standard for science-based training, education, and research of health and wellness coaches.
All practitioners who meet education requirements and pass the board examination are designated National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC).
Molly Courtney was one of the first coaches in the US to become certified in 2017.

“Health and Wellness Coaches partner with clients seeking self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values, which promote health and wellness and, thereby, enhance well-being. In the course of their work health and wellness coaches display unconditional positive regard for their clients and a belief in their capacity for change, and honoring that each client is an expert on his or her life, while ensuring that all interactions are respectful and non-judgmental.”

Molly started coaching after graduating from Oregon State with a BS in Exercise Science.
She found herself curious about how to help bridge the gap between diagnosis or health prescription and lasting lifestyle habit changes. She found effective strategies during her education and training as a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach.
Molly has a love for adventure and her career choices have allowed opportunities for exploration. She has coached a variety of populations including youth, adults, seniors, athletes, and cardiac patients.
Molly uses evidenced-based coaching practices to support her clients in finding their unique path to better health.
