The L-O-V-E Method is a scientifically-based approach to making sustainable lifestyle changes - the result of my 12 years of health coaching and personal training.

I created this method to align with two key priorities

  1. It had to be scientific, and backed up with facts and logic.
  2. It had to help you have more fun, and feel more love in your life and towards your body.

The result is a perfectly balanced approach that combines practical science with compassion and a consideration for your human-ness, something that is sorely missing in so many programs these days.

The Scientific Method

There is an abundance of health statistics in the world, but data is useless unless it gets to the heart of the matter. By putting my own spin on the traditional scientific method (the one you may remember from high school science class) I’ll teach you how to collect your own personal health data. Because when it comes to making lasting changes in your life, assessing your own personal outcome is really the only statistic that matters.

To help you give this process structure and a solid foundation, I’ve created the following acronym:

Learn

Observe

Visualize

Evolve.

My favorite thing about it (besides that it works) is that the word “love” on its own encompasses everything I desire for you to feel towards your body and yourself as a result of this using this method.

Change Habits Without Fighting

When I first set out to create this method, my goal was to find a way to facilitate transformation that didn’t involve a fight.  It needed to help my clients change habits in a way that would finally bring the peace and contentment that both they and I were searching for.

What you will discover with my L-O-V-E method is that you won’t be working any harder or magically develop great willpower or strength overnight, but you will gracefully feel that drive, motivation and focus build as you move through the steps and learn more about yourself and your likes and dislikes along the way.

You’ll stop wasting your precious energy trying to convince yourself to do things you don’t want to, and easily move through procrastination into action.

Transformation As An Adventure

When you start to approach your health (and yes, your weight loss if that’s what you’re looking for) as an adventure, the possibilities are endless.  Where will you go? What will you do? What gets you excited? Where are your true passions?

As you set out on a new health adventure you not only discover new ways to help your body perform better, feel better, and gain more confidence in your skin but you get the privilege of learning who you are deep down.  Exploring what foundation you stand on, and what you are going to accept and not accept in the quality and standards of your life is one of the most expanding parts of the journey.

You get to say “Screw you diets, I am doing it my way.” My body. My life. My rules!!
